Reviews following support completed

Might sound silly, but how do I submit new 'feedback' following the completeion of a Support Ticket.

I stupidly clicked the 'update feedback' and managed to resend my previous feedback. *oh dear*

Anyway as usual the support was excellent and very much welcomed.

 The path is:
Portal Home > Client Area > My Emails
Then click on the first email of the ticket. Scan down towards the bottom there you will see the link for that tickets feedback :)
