Hi, I have several questions about your services before the administration at my site commits to hosting with you. We already have a registered domain name - we would be looking to a) move it to your server, and b) add multiple SMF boards to also be hosted under this domain. We have asked around and we believe the Hypercycle package would suit our needs best based on our traffic and membership.

1. Your website lists 99% uptime, but this would work out to about 1.68 hours of downtime per week. I'm assuming it is lower than this - can you give me an idea of the downtime in hours per week?

2. How will we be notified of downtime, if at all?

3. Do you have failsafes to continue operating in the event of a power outage?

4. How soon can we expect to receive responses to help tickets?

Via normal items like downtime for reboot,DC switch rework (very abnormal), etc We send out 3 emails prior to the reboot. We do not reboot to often because we run Ksplice which allows us to upgrade our kernels on the fly without a reboot (unless its a major update then a reboot is required).

3. Do you have failsafes to continue operating in the event of a power outage?

Generally we try to respond to a ticket within 5-10 minutes.
